The Gospel

In order to preach the Gospel correctly you must mention the sacrifice of Christ. Why Christ died on the cross. His sacrifice on the cross was for the payment of our sins. Christ died for our sins and shed His blood to wash them all away with His blood so we could be forgiven of all of them. We have redemption through the blood of Jesus that washes away all our sin! "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace." Ephesians 1:7. Then Jesus rose from the dead!!! If you preach the atonement of Christ which is the cross of why Christ died on the cross which was for our sins, then you have hit the core message of the Gospel. Without Christ dying on the cross, we could not have our sins forgiven. But because He did, we can receive the free gift of eternal life through the sacrifice of Christ. Amen!!!
