1/30/13

Today was more relaxing and better than the last two days of classes where I was being weighed down with information. I had to turn in homework today for one of my English classes and I did it, except that I turned it in the wrong format (woops). During the class when we were using the laptops, I was studying for my vocab quiz and got 100% on the quiz games. I think I'm prepared for the quiz! haha. I apologized to the professor after class and he told me that I can turn in the assignment this Monday, awesome. Before I even had my first class I placed a gospel tract on one of the tables downstairs. I saw a girl reading it and I was very happy! But then she took the tract and folded it and I think she was throwing it away, darnit. But please pray for that girl's soul that read that tract booklet, a good wide-open seed has been planted in her life. She will not say on Judgement Day that she has been warned, so at least she got the warning which is good. Later on I waited for my second English class which was downstairs and that class was very entertaining. The professor was using a lot of hand gestures and nice loud speech to explain what he was saying. His stories also illustrated his points as well. After that class I went outside to meet my friend to take her home. Oh and I forgot to mention that during my first English class we were doing introductions. And when the professor asked me what book I am currently reading, I told him and the class "well I love to read my bible." A few students started giggling and even laughing a little. I will stand up for the Word of God and make a stand for the Lord Jesus Christ when necessary. I will defend the Word of God and Jesus, and I want to. Please pray for me my brothers and sisters for me to take a stand for the Lord Jesus Christ and to not be afraid. If I am mocked for making a stand for the Lord, even if it's just a little, so be it. It's worth all the persecution and all the trouble that is caused down here just for standing up for the Lord Jesus Christ. I want to make my Heavenly Father happy. Praise the Lord my friends and rejoice in the Lord always!!! Amen.

1/29/13

My second day of classes today was kinda stressful because of the amount of information I had to take in about my classes. But it's not the class that is stressful, it's because I am stressing out because of the class. But the classes are easy and I can pass them, it was only the information that I was listening to that sounded like the professor was demanding a lot. But of course they are not, but they do expect us to complete our work and do well in the class. Please pray for me my brothers and sister because today and yesterday were headaches for me since I was taking in a lot of information. Pray that I would do well this semester and work my butt off for the Lord, but also share the gospel with everyone I meet on the campus. I want to reach a lot more people with the gospel this semester more than ever. What's funny, and this seems pretty ridiculous to say but I prayed and asked the Lord to empower me with the Holy Spirit every time I wear that shirt. Even if I don't wear that shirt I still have the Holy Spirit within me because I am saved through faith in Jesus Christ who shed His blood on the Cross to wash away every one of my sins. But every single time I wear that shirt, I have so much boldness and the power of the Holy Spirit just rages within me. I speak with boldness and act different when I wear that shirt. You may not believe what I just said or even if it's true, but it is. I have experienced this by wearing the shirt. I have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and I am a forgiven sinner, the shirt just empowers me the power for me to have boldness. And God answers our prayers regardless of what it is, as long as it corresponds with His Will and purpose. Even if I don't wear that "special" shirt, I am still saved through faith in Jesus Christ and have repented of my sin and became born-again. God can still use me even without that shirt, of course. But I remember praying that prayer about every time I wear that shirt, I have the power of the Holy Spirit to give me boldness and to stand up for Jesus Christ. God is good all the time and you just got to trust Him. The Lord can answer some of our most outrageous prayers like mine! God bless you my brothers and sisters and keep close to Jesus! The days are evil and there are false prophets around like He said. Praise the Lord!!! Amen.

Church was very fun today. The message was good and I accomplished most of my ministry goals that I had to do today which was great. A special thanks to Siri on my iPod touch 5th generation haha. It definitely comes in handy haha. But anyway's I had a great conversation and loved to talking to my good Christian friend in our youth group named Damon. He's very nice and godly as well and I love talking to him about Jesus and about God stuff since he is really into it. Me and him enjoy each other's company and love to talk God stuff. I also got the chance to share the gospel with a lost person that came to our Church building. Praise the Lord!!! His name is William, please pray for his soul so that he will come to the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation. We also did an activity today which was making envelopes so we can write kind encouraging letters or notes to one another and then put them in that persons envelope. I think it's an awesome idea because everyone needs encouragement and an uplift. I got to pray for two of my friends today and it was great because I love to pray for people and it's such a blessing. After that I hung out for a bit and then I left home. Tomorrow is my first day of school for my second semester in college so please pray that this week would go well and that the Lord would guide me and that I would get everything I need. God is good and praise Him forever and ever!!! Amen.

1/23/13

Today I went to apply for another job at a Target near my house that was brand new. The application was very long and took me at least more than 20min. I had to answer more than 100 questions, my goodness. After that I finally came back home and I am now hanging out. Oh, and you know that feeling when you said something you weren't supposed to, and it cost you your friend? Well, that is what happened to me yesterday. I said something to a friend of mine who lives in San Jose something I should have not said and she got angry with me. And today when I texted her back she did not want to forgive me, but eventually I negotiated with her by saying how Christ forgave nasty sinners like us. And she forgave me when I told her, but she wanted me to delete her number from my contacts. I just did that now as I was typing this but I deserved to delete her number from my contacts from what I said. I won't tell any of you what I said, but it was wrong. Imagine it the same with us. Jesus didn't have to come to Heaven and save us from our sins. He could have just hung around in Heaven forever with Joy and leave us to die in our sins and rot in Hell. But no, that is not what happened. God knew our horrible sinful condition and sent Christ to save us from it so we can be forgiven of our sins through our faith in Jesus Christ. Forgiveness is the greatest thing and for God to forgive us when we have cursed His name blaspheming it, lying and committing all of these horrible sins when we deserve to burn in a lake of fire for all of eternity is just beyond extraordinary. Even when lost people keep rejecting Christ, He still loves these people no matter what and always will forever. But their consequences will be eternal and their fate is unchangeable. We should be preaching the gospel to every single person we run into, knowing that where they go after they die is the worst tragedy in the Universe. They must repent and turn to Christ and put their faith in Him so their sins can be forgiven. Only the blood of Christ can wash away your sins, nothing else. "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace." Ephesians 1:7 And only Jesus rose from the dead and defeated death. Please, please share this message with everyone and send this specific blog to people so they can read it and believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins. "For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." John 6:40 This is the glorious gospel. Preach it with humbleness knowing what Christ did for you is precious. God bless you my brothers and sisters. Praise the Lord!!!

This made my day a whole lot better and motivates me more toward serving the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord for using me and giving me the power of your Holy Spirit. Amen.

As I was driving back home earlier today I noticed the same homeless woman standing at the same corner where I always see her. I knew that the Lord urged me to turn back around so I did and then parked my car. I had more than $40 in my wallet which was all of the money I had and gave it to her. She told me God bless you and asked me if she could give me a hug. Then I prayed for her again and we chatted for a little bit. Folks, let me tell you something. The amount of Joy and satisfaction I got was incomparable to anything else. I was so elated and happy that there is no greater feeling knowing that you served the Lord and giving something away. The truth of what The Lord Jesus said is true and always will be. "It is more blessed to give than to receive." Acts 20:35 And that truth will never change. Thank you Lord for using me. Praise your great and glorious name of your Son the Lord Jesus Christ. Giving feels so good. Amen.

I commit my life into the hands of the Lord and will devote myself to Him. I will glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Lord is just amazing.

While I was at my mom's house about a couple days ago there was a lot of drama in the house as always and arguing but every family has them of course. I decided to go privately into a room and meditate on a bible verse early that day. The verse was Psalm 27:1, "The LORD is my light and my salvation--whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life--of whom shall I be afraid?" I was meditating on the verse and now that I know it, it comforts me a lot whenever I have trouble in my life, I can think about this verse. And later when I was on the newsfeed on my facebook account I noticed a picture that had a picture with the verse that I had just memorized that same day. YES, THE SAME DAY. I checked it in the evening. Out of all the verses I wanted to meditate on and choose, this one popped up on the facebook news feed. Unbelievable. God certainly does amazing things in our lives. I don't know how He does it, but I love what He does and He just shows who He is. God is good all the time because He always is. Amen.

Quotation from twitter

"We humbly hide behind the cross and say 'God, don't look at me. Look at what your Son did."' -Person on Twitter. I really love this quotation because it gives me a humble thought to hide from God in pride and say Lord it's not about me it's all about your Son Jesus Christ. Amen.

Happy New Year everyone!!! :D Let's bring more glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ this year and make Him more known than we ever did in any year! I quench more of Jesus. Amen.
