A true believer in Christ

You recognize a tree by it's fruit. The same is true with a true believer in Jesus Christ. Our desires, wants, and mindset is completely changed and we focus on the things that the Lord wants. Once we become born-again believers in Jesus, the Lord changes the way we view life and the people around us. Our sinful view of them is now turned to how the Lord views them. We love all lost people and have a strong desire to tell them about Christ and share the Gospel with them. Do you know if you are born-again? "Jesus replied, 'Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born-again." John 3:3 What Jesus means by being born-again is being born a second time by his Spirit which is the Holy Spirit. Once we repent of our sins and trust in Christ as  our Savior, He gives us the Holy Spirit which helps us live a holy life. And it also gives us assurance that we have eternal life. If you repent and trust in Christ ALONE for what He did for you, you will be saved. "If you declare with your mouth "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9 Amen.
