Hello my brothers and sisters! Well today was my first time doing jury duty and let me tell you it was long and boring haha. But I would like to share something just incredible that happened to me while outside of the courtroom. So it was still during my lunch break and I noticed a woman sitting by herself on a bench. She was sitting on the opposite end while I sat on the other. I noticed she had a streak on her face from crying. Eventually I sat down next to her and asked if she was ok. She shook her head telling me no. After I asked if their was anything I could pray for her for. She just kept crying so I asked if I could pray for her and she nodded. So I just put my arm around her and started praying. As I was praying for her she put her arm around me and then she put her head on my shoulder! It was just amazing how the Lord used me to comfort this woman who was so upset in a great way. I am very thankful that I get to be a part of sharing His loving kindness with everyone. And He used me for His glory today. Her name is Shanice? I apologize if I spelled it wrong. But this is how you pronounce her name (shuh-neese). I was on the first floor and prayed for divine appointments and look where the Lord has done! He is soo good my brothers and sisters, I'm telling you. Let the Lord use you today and may He bring you those divine appointments for His glory. Pray for comfort and peace upon her please. Thank you very much and God bless you all! :)
"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation." 2 Corinthians 1:3-7
