A divine appointment at school 11/30/12
I had a nice relaxing day early in the morning since everyone was gone busy with things to do. I had to go to a appointment later to meet my counselor to register for my new classes next semester. I arrived at my college right on time around 4 which was perfect timing. I thought that I was going to be called for my appointment very soon, but no counselor showed up. Apparently a guy working in the desk behind the counter heard that the counselor's were going to be late because they were stuck in traffic. Another girl who was there was also waiting for the counselor's as well. Me and her started chatting and we became acquainted really quickly. I found out her name was Leslie and she seemed nice when I met her but liked to use a lot of profanity. She told me that she doesn't normally act like that, but it just depends on what makes her angry. These deaf people came into the floor that me and Leslie were on and they started communicating in sign language. I was watching them communicate like I always do, and it's always fun and entertaining to watch deaf people talk. It amuses me a lot. Then one of them made eye contact with me and said hi, then he asked me if I sign. I told him no, but I did tell him my name. I think his name was believe, don't remember that much haha. Later on a woman asked by and we were asking her questions about the counselors since they haven't arrived yet. I thanked her by saying thank you in Chinese (Mandarin), but she told me that she is not Chinese. She told me that she is Japanese. I then said thank you in Japanese and started smiling and laughing. I also said something in Japanese and she smiled and laughed as well as that. It's nice to speak in another person's language because it makes them feel a lot more comfortable. Me and Leslie chatted for a little bit, but then I turned the conversation to the guy sitting in the back. His name was Neil and he was a really nice and quiet chill guy. We had a good conversation about video games and play station, etc. I didn't talk to him about Jesus, but when I see Neil again, you bet I will talk to him about the Lord Jesus Christ. Later on, I asked Leslie an interesting question which was what's happening spiritually in her life. And she told me that she is a Catholic. She told me that she is a believer, but she is not a strong committed believer like her parents. She told me she has a bible, but never reads it. Isn't that sad? A person who owns the most powerful book in the world, but has never opened it and read the truth. It makes me think how people are so absorbed in this world, that they think more about worldly things, rather than the things about the Lord. I shared with her about Jesus, sin, and she definitely knew about sin, so I told her about what the blood of Jesus Christ could do for her, which was to wash away all of her sin so she can go to Heaven. It seemed like Leslie did not care about what I was telling her, but a seed has been planted. And the Lord can definitely use a planted seed for sure. She told me that she doesn't like to read, but would rather read facebook posts and twitter posts, than read some material on truth like the very popular book one heartbeat away, or even better the Word of God which is the Holy Bible. What was originally supposed to be an appointment with a counselor, was actually a divine appointment that the Lord has set up and used me to plant a seed in Leslie's life. I have planted a seed in Leslie's life and I will be praying for her. I am asking you my brother's and sister's to please pray for the person that I just met today, Leslie. She needs the Lord Jesus Christ and is not saved. May the Lord interact in her life and show Himself to her. Praise the Lord! He is worthy to be praised forever and ever. Amen.
This is how I respond to an unknown stranger who sent me a friend request.
Hello Kassidy. My name is George, normally I would accept a friend request, but I don't know you at all and where you are from. Please don't take this as a misunderstanding. I am openly friendly, but I don't know you personally and have not been acquainted with you at all. But I do want to say that I love you and that I want to see you in Heaven one day. And I just wanted to tell you that if you have lied, stolen, lusted, been angry with someone, then you are guilty of committing those sins against an all holy God who is the Lord Jesus Christ. And are guilty of breaking the Ten Commandments. He will have no choice but allow you to go to Hell because of your decision to reject Him as you might have in the past. But Jesus Christ loves you so much that He gave His life for you on the Cross and died for you sins. And the blood that He shed on the Cross can wash away all of your sins, only if you repent of the nasty lifestyle that you are living now, and turn to Christ and put your faith in Him. Then He rose from the dead to show that He is the Ressurected Savior, the Living One who is alive forever and ever. I am asking you this Kassidy out of my heart, and I am telling you this only because I care about you. If I didn't care about you, I would not be writing this long paragraph that I just did, and would have ignored you. But I will not do that, because you matter to the most high God, the Lord Jesus Christ you created you and loves you as His own. And if you matter to Him, you matter to me. Please think about the consequences of your own actions and what you are doing with your life. Once you die, there is no turning back and eternity is an awfully long time to regret something. Hope you heard me out loud and clear Kassidy, and take care. Only Jesus can save you. :) P.S. Please check this book out and order one asap.http://oneheartbeataway.org/

A sick week
So far for me this week has been good for me, but it has been a sick week for me as well. I don't know if I got sick after I came back from my winter youth retreat with my Church or if I am allergic to something. It could be either one, but I doubt that it's something having to do with my retreat. Please pray that the Lord will heal my sickness as soon as possible. I will continue to take medicine for sure, but this cold is really annoying me. I will continue to praise the Lord even in the midst of my sickness because no matter what is going on in my life He deserves all the praise and glory. Stay close to the Lord my brothers and sisters. We need Him. To Him be the glory. Amen and amen.

"Heaven is going to be sweet!!! Sweeter than cotton candy." -George Lenta Jr. Isaiah 65:17-25 Hallelujah!!!
"Young men and old men, and sisters of all ages, if you love the Lord, get a passion for souls. Do you not see them? They are going down to Hell by the thousands. As often as the hand of the clock completes its circuit, Hell devours multitudes, some of them ignorant of Christ and others willfully rejecting Him. The world lies in darkness. This great city still pines for the light. Your friends and relatives are unsaved, and they may be dead before this week is over. If you have any humanity, let alone Christianity, if you have found the remedy, tell the diseased about it! If you have found life, proclaim it to the dead. If you have found liberty, convince it to the captives. If you have found Jesus, tell others of Him!" - Charles Spurgeon

Prayer for Israel
Let us pray for the nation of Israel that is under attack and that is in the middle of their conflict with Gaza. Pray that the Lord would grant the people of Israel peace and love. And let us also pray for the Lord's mercy to be upon those who are attacking Israel and it's people. May the Lord grant the enemies forgiveness so they can repent and turn to faith in Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ is fighting for His nation and is not backing down. We are on Israel's side and the Lord will protect His country no matter what. God is sovereign over all and forever. "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: "May those who love you be secure." Psalm 122:6 Amen.

Bible verses
"I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." Matthew 21:21-22 Whatever you are praying for, believe in whatever it is that you want, and the Lord will give it to you. Amen.

Gospel tracts
Gospel tracts are my absolute favorite when going witnessing. They are gospel ammunition when you are out on the battle field harvesting precious souls for the Lord Jesus Christ. What I do is that I place tracts in conspicuous (where it can be seen) areas wherever I am. Now your first thought may be "why would you do that?" But who say's that you can't do the work of the Lord secretly or another way. It's not wrong or anything. As long as you are doing the Lord's work and serving Him, that is what matters. Every time I at school, (when I have gospel tracts), I place them on the toilet seats in the men's bathroom to give anyone who enters the stalls, a surprise. I am definitely planning on ordering more and placing as well as passing them out at various locations when I drive around. You can order any kind of gospel tracts that you want online, but these one's that I found have won souls and are very popular. They are called chick tracts. Check them out down below! God bless you my brothers and sister and be bold for the Lord and stay close to Him and His Word. The Lord will be coming very soon like "a thief in the night." 1 Thessalonians 5:2 http://chick.com/articles/suggestedtracts.asp

11/10/12
This morning I had breakfast and then left for the bank. When I arrived, there was a few people waiting in line at the atm and it was busy. I started using the atm and I realized something was not right. First of all the display screen was deeply faded and I could not see which deposit type I wanted to use. When I inserted my $20 bill into the machine, it returned it back to me and I tried again. When I inserted the bill back in, the screen was not responding and was not displaying anything. Then the screen displayed a red triangle with an exclamation point on it saying "this atm is temporarily out of service." And what was even worse was that the $20 bill that inserted into the machine, did not give it back to me. And my balance was not updated and I could not finish using the atm. As I was going back to my car this car, this car in front of me with me Hispanic people start laughing. This woman from the car was laughing at me the most and these other two men in the car start staring at me. All of them start staring at me and I just walked away, I don't why they were staring at me which was strange, but I kept going. I was thinking to myself "Lord, how could you let that $20 bill go to waste?" I was driving back just dazed and wondering how that $20 bill was wasted and how I could not do anything about that. But then I realized something. Last night a mom that is a member of our Church came up to me and gave me $20 bill because she loved what I was doing with the money to glorify God by buying gospel tracts and spreading the good news of the Lord Jesus Christ. I thought about that and said to myself that the $20 bill didn't matter, it was her action that has had the most impact on me. I don't care about the money, I cared about her action and what she did for me. She offered me a free gift that I don't deserve and couldn't even earn, but she gave it graciously to me. It's the same with Jesus Christ. We don't deserve His grace but he gives it to us. We deserve His mercy, but He does not give it to us. Jesus is giving Himself to us as a free gift and we don't deserve it at all. The Lord taught me a valuable lesson today, which is to be thankful. Love is an action and what that mom gave to me is one gift that I will never forget.

11/9/12
I had a very productive day today. First of all after breakfast (I had Lucky Charms, those are delicious), I left to my college to go and do some work for my English lab that I had to do. It was a lot of work but it was definitely worth the effort I put in. After that I went to the men's bathroom to go and place three chick gospel tracts in there. It's so fun to do, because it gives people a surprise! Then I went home to wash my car, then after to go and pick up my family friend from school. What a great day that I got to glorify the Lord in what I did. Such a blessing and an awesome experience and feeling! Colossians 3:23-24, 1 Corinthians 10:31 I also got youth groups tonight! Praise the Lord!!! His Love, Grace and Mercy never ends, hallelujah.

11/4/12
Well, I finally got a job if I did not mention that before. The Lord has finally answered my prayer about praying for a job. And it's the perfect job! I now work with a Church and the building is called Crosspoint Church of Silicon Valley located in the city of Milpitas. So far the experience has been awesome and I love working with the kids and the rest of the Church! Today was a pretty normal every day experience, nothing really special. But worshiping the Lord always brings an exciting experience all the time! I played with the kids as always, and played badminton with a kid named Zack (I call him my badminton buddy haha). Me and him play badminton every Sunday when there is break. I also socialized with everyone else like always. I know most of my youth groups names, but I want to learn more about them, like how the Lord knows all of us. I want to get to know them personally. So after Church, me and my new friend Derek left to the Great Mall to meet up with these other girls from our youth group. Once we met them, we left to various shopping stores and checked them out. But all of us stayed in this one for a while. Then I had to leave later on because my Connect bible study group was having a potluck at my Church building. We had worship then, had communion. The food was good by the way (those KFC mashed potatoes and gravy are delicious!). And then my pastor discussed about various things that were important. When I was at this event I started a brief conversation with a friend that I have not talked to for a while. I told her that I had not talked with her for a while and I thought that she was ignoring me. But of course that was not true at all. She told me that she cared a lot about me and that she was not ignoring me, but sometimes does that. Then she told me something very encouraging which was that when we are in Heaven, we'll talk a lot more than we ever will down here on earth! That made me very happy and definitely lifted my spirits a lot. Isaiah 65: 17-25, the Lord is describing Himself what Heaven is really going to be like! Hallelujah! I can't wait to be with the Lord and all my loved ones that have believed in the Lord Jesus Christ! And of course, I can't wait to meet you all who are praising our marvelous God who is amazing beyond words! After the event was over, I just went home. But man, what a great day. The Lord is constantly guiding me and leading me into His love every day. Pray that He will sustain us and keep the faith until the end. Amen.
