Sharing Christ online

Since I was too lazy to go out and share Christ today (I have no excuse) I have decided to use the random stranger chat, Omegle! Since it's a chat site where it hooks you up with a random stranger, I decided to use it for a substitute for my inexcusable laziness for not sharing Christ out of my house. I had a few conversations with a few people online and most that I talked to didn't want to hear about Jesus Christ. The most recent conversation that I had with a girl (because she reveled her gender) told me she didn't care at all. But I remember in the bible it says in Luke 6:22-23 "Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in Heaven. For that is how their fathers treated the prophets." The Word of God clearly tells me I can never lose when I am rejected! How awesome is that! This is one fun way I share Christ no matter what happens. Because as the verse in Philippians 1:21 tells me "For me to live is Christ and to die is gain." Amen.

Video blogging

Besides regular blogging with writing, I have also started video blogging which I find much more entertaining and a way of expressing myself more freely. I have made at least three video blogs and about two of them talk about my experiences with talking with people about Christ. And most of the video blogs I present are from the inside of my room. I plan on making more, especially when special events are happening or when it's a special moment. It's my way of viewing my life experiences and sharing them with people.

Summer school witnessing

Wherever I go, I witness all the time because it is my most favorite activity out of everything. My first story in summer school this month, I shared Jesus Christ with a student leaning against wall. I approached him and said "hey man can I ask you a question?" He said ok. I asked him "when you die what do you think is on the other side?" He said he believed their were questions and judgment. As we started talking I asked him what do you believe and he said he believed in Allah. I knew he was a Muslim straight when he said that obviously. Then I shared my belief about what Jesus Christ did on the Cross for him and how his shed blood on the cross can cure all of his sins that he has committed. Of course I explained sin and how he is guilty of it. His name is Allen. So we both said goodbye and left. The next two stories of how I witnessed didn't go too well because first of all I talked to these two Asian students from Washington High School that wanted nothing to do with me and they didn't care at all what I telling them. So I told them one last thing before I left "remember their is a 100% chance your going to die, and that you will dead way longer than your going to be on Earth. Then I went up to another student who was Indian and he just nodded what I told him, but didn't care that much at all. I went over to two students sitting on a bench (one was from American high school, the other I don't remember) and I started talking to them. I explained sin and forgiveness and the student said "I believe in God, but as long as you ask for forgiveness then I'm good." That response wasn't even close to "I'm good" because the bible says you must REPENT and turn from your evil ways. You must hate sin so much that you must get rid of it all washed clean by the blood of Jesus Christ. The bible also says we must be born again just like Jesus says. So those three conversations that I mentioned didn't go as planned, but I knew that God was watching my faithfulness and rewarding me for my service to Him. :) My next story was when I witnessed to two students also sitting on a bench. I came up to them and asked them what they thought was on the other side after they died. They both had no clue and so I shared a story about the reality of Hell and warned them about that place and told them about sin and how they are guilty of it etc. Then I told them about how the blood of Jesus can take their sin away. Then after the next day their was a tall black guy walking in the direction opposite of me so I asked him what he thought was on the other side and he simply said Heaven. then I said "really? "So your a Christian" and he said yes. Then I talked to him more and he revealed more about what he believed. Then he told me he had to go so he left. Another morning I went up to a student and asked him what he thought was there for him when he died. And it was a student that I recognized from my Geometry class. I shared what Jesus could do for him as I do every time when I witness and he just nodded. Then the bell rang and we left. And my most recent witnessing story was today at lunch. I walked up to a student who was sitting on a bench and I started a conversation with him.

An unexpected surprise

When I was at my Church today in a hotel (because this Church is in it's Church planting procedure) I asked one guy when he died what he thought was on the other side. He said "beats the hell out of me!" Then I asked him how 9/11 affected his life and he said "I had friends who died in 9/11 and I don't feel like talking." So I told him one more thing before he left to his room that their is a 100% chance that he is going to die and that he is going to be dead longer than he is going to be alive. He didn't want to pay attention to me and rejected me, but the bible promises rewards to those who are rejected in the name of Jesus Luke 6: 22-23. But no matter how much he didn't want to listen to the absolute truth of death, that's the truth and he and none of us are going to escape that. I never knew that guy had friends who died and entered eternity on 9/11. See what you can encounter if you just step out in faith and witness? :) Amazing, praise God.

Prayer

We as believers do a thing called prayer. It is something we do to communicate with God so we can know Him more. When we pray (or as I like to call it talking with God) we gain access to His intelligence, goodness, power, forgiveness and all His other infinite attributes. Talking to God and obeying Him is our greatest privelage. When we do what He tells us, He blesses us because of our obedience to Him. When God tells us to reach out the lost for Him, will we do it? Or should we cower back because of what we followers of Jesus Christ think about what these people think or say to us? When we hear God speak, we should listen and not refuse. Talk to Jesus, walk with Jesus, be with Jesus. Amen.

An amazing day

Every day or time I share Jesus Christ with people is an amazing day. Today I witnessed to 4 people during summer school. It was great! This was during summer school today. The first person I witnessed to was a student leaning against the wall. So I went up to him and said "hey man. Can I ask you a question?" He said "sure" so I asked him "when you die what do you think is on the other side?" He said he that their was judgment and questions. And he believes in Allah. So I knew he was Muslim. Then I started sharing with him about the Ten Commandments and how he is guilty of his sin. Then I share Jesus Christ with him and how He can take away all of his sin. He just nodded and nodded. Then the bell rang and I thanked him for talking with him about our conversation. His name was Allen by the way. The next two people I talked to were students from Washington. I walked up to them and started a conversation starter like always "when you die what do you think is on the other side?" Both of them had no clue and didn't seem like they wanted anything to do with me. I didn't share Christ with them if they didn't want to hear. But I told them "Can you guarantee that you will wake up tomorrow morning?" And told them that they could die at any moment. Then I said bye to them. The next person was a student next to me so I struck up a conversation with him too. He said he didn't know and also didn't take any interest in what I was talking about. But I was happy, because I read in God's Word that if your are rejected in the name of Jesus Christ, He promises rewards that are reserved for you up in Heaven. He also didn't care so I left him also. Later on in 2nd period break I went up to two other guys sitting on a bench. I asked them the same question and one said he believed in God and as long as you ask for forgiveness your ok. The other said if you do good then you will go to Heaven, while if you do bad you will go to Hell. I tried to explain the Ten Commandments, but we had to go in so I told them I would explain again tomorrow. If people don't want to hear about Jesus Christ, that's ok. Remember even if you get rejected, it's rewards every time. :) Praise the Lord! :)

Live for the Savior

One thing you want to know above all. Jesus died for US. Not for the animals, not for the universe and not for anything else. We are made in God's image and have infinite value in His eyes. So the question is: once you know you are saved, why not live for Jesus? Most Christians just don't live their lives the way Christ commands them too. We drift through life believing in a God who saved us and we don't do anything do save the lost for Him. How selfish can I be if I have the truth with me, yet we don't do anything to give it all away to others? I am just letting others go to Hell because I don't care enough to get into a conversation with a lost person about Jesus Christ or eternity. My all time favorite speaker is Mark Cahill and has inspired me a ton. He has been used by God in so many different ways and has been trying to lead every soul to Jesus Christ. He has been very successful in doing so and we can do the same. Here are some quotations from Mark Cahill: 1. "Witnessing is not a presentation, witnessing is a conversation." 2. "Die with no regrets." 3. "Make sure you spend a lot more time obeying the Lord Jesus Christ then obeying fallen sinful man." He says a lot that I memorized, but these are few of quotations I love from him. He also says the same exact thing. Obey the Lord Jesus Christ by fishing for souls for Him. Amen. :)
