"Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways" Psalm 128:1

To walk in God's ways is the highest honor bestowed upon any individual.. We get to learn how to act like God, to love like God, and most importantly, to be with God. From my studies, to fear God doesn't mean to be afraid of Him, it means to have respect for Him, to obey Him. We are giving God glory every time we obey Him and do His Will and not ours. God calls us to follow Him and no one else. Once you surrender your entire life to Jesus Christ, your whole perspective changes dramatically. You obtain God's perspective in life. The things you once held close by, are now fading away slowly because you realize that those things are only temporary and have no value in eternity. When you follow God's ways, things begin to change in your life. You see new experiences occurring around you, new feelings of peace and Joy and happiness that you never knew existed. And it can only be attained if you follow the Lord Jesus Christ who is God Almighty. Amen.

Two incredible conversations. :)

Yesterday on 6/23/11 I had the most incredbible day and thanks to God, He is the source of it all. :) Here is my story:

I was running to my local school park weibel as always. And if I don't feel like I have gotten enough excercise I run some more to my other park (that's not a school) but it's a nice park nonetheless. I came to the park and no one was there for me to talk to about Jesus. I was wondering "Lord God, there is no one here to talk to about you." Then right as I thought that, a car came right up and parked in the circular curb. I said to myelf "good. good." But when I came closer it was two Indian girls I noticed. I wanted to talk to them, but I don't think they wanted to hear about Jesus Christ. Then as I was passing them by a second car came and parked. I rested a little on a bench and went up to the guy and said "excuse me" it looked like I startled him, but he responded naturally. "What can I do for you?" He said. I said "can I ask you an interesting question?" He said "Sure". I asked him "When you die, what do you think is on the other side? What do you think is out there after we walk out of here?" He told me simply that he didn't know. Then I asked him what he thought about eternity. And he said he didn't know either. Then we both sat down on a bench that I was previously on and we chatted away about what he believed and what I believed. Then we both said bye to each other and I walked to the playground. As I was up on this tower structure, he said to me "hey come here." It was very unexpected but I rushed over to him to see what he wanted. He wanted to talk to me and asked me what school I went to. And he also asked other school related things. Then as we came to the end of our conversation he told me it was great talking to me and we both said goodbye. As I was leaving I noticed a man with his dog sitting in a grass field. I just stopped and waited by him until he got up. Then he said to me "what was that red thing you picked up?" I told him it was just something I found on the ground. Then we just chatted away about things and I asked him my favorite question "When you die, what do you think is on the other side?" He said to me "it's very interesting you said that because me and my friend were talking about aliens and about religion and what happens after. So then we kept talking about eternity. He talked for the longest which was interesting because he told me at one point he did this drug that I don't remember what it's called. He told me about different realities and such. Then I shared with him about what I believed and he just nodded his head along as I was talking. Then we both said goodbye and left. But I knew that God wanted me to talk with those lost souls. It was no accident I met those two people. Even though they believed in something I didn not like or agree with, I am very glad to have met them. Praise the Lord God for these amazing divine appointments. Amen. :)

Cry out to Jesus

When we are in deep in of something tragic or extremely emotional, that is where the love of God is. The love of Jesus Christ protects us and gives us comfort. We yell to the Lord Jesus when we are in desperate help of situation and cannot find a way out. He gives us the tools to overcome and be victorious. Psalm 61: 1-3 says "Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe." Whenever we are in trouble, lift your hearts up to God and He will be there for you. He never lets down any of His Children. He always keeps His promises. Amen.

Through infinity

Time on Earth is very limited and short. While time in Heaven is unlimited and super long. So what are you believers doing with your time on Earth? Are you using it mostly to go to amusement park? Are you using it to go and hang out with your friends at any location? Or are you using it to study for your SAT's and tests? Listen to me people, get it in your head. These things are good, but they are only temporary. You are saved to be involved in a mission to save lost people's souls from eternal destruction before it's too late. Do you really care about lost people souls and where they will spend eternity? Or do you just let them slip by and let them walk into Hell? And infinity is never-ending. It will never end. Do you think it's right for you to pass someone you know your supposed to share the good news with, yet you don't? If you don't, then you do not care at all. Listen to me Christ followers be bold and do not be afraid because you have Jesus with you. Remember use your time wisely. Let's work for the Lord Jesus until He comes. Amen.

Forever standing

From what we see in the world such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, killings, and other kind of horrible situations one thing we believers know will always stand forever is the Cross and the truth of God's Word. I have seen few pictures of a Cross standing such as a disaster like 9/11 and while the twin towers were collapsing in the background their was a picture of a Cross right in front of it that was the subject of the entire photograph. The Cross symbolizes our freedom with Christ and our Salvation. We no longer are condemned and are free from sin. We now have this relationship with Christ. Amen for the Cross and God's holy Word that will stand for eternity. Amen.

Team Jesus

The team I'm playing for is my Master Artist, lover, coach, Savior etc. I listen to His plays and His coaching tactics. He knows what's best for our team. He is the one who gives us success, because He is the head leader of our team and the Universe. The team I play on will never lose because we have the most powerful person in the entire Universe. He is our guide and help along our path of life. He is slowly building up an army of His followers into strong soldiers. One's who are not afraid of anything and will stay bold for Him and take whatever bullets come toward them. That is us. We will be bold and do God's work making sure that Satan is afraid. Satan does not fear one person spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. But Satan will do anything to stop us from sharing our faith. One thing I know for sure. I DO NOT FEAR SATAN. PERIOD. Satan can try and take me down but he will never be victorious. That's why we believers in Christ must be active in sharing Him so we don't fall away or lose the game. Share Jesus and I pray that He will provide you with courage. Amen.

You just got served

Our service to Christ is one of the top priorities we believers must take. It's relevant because it's where we show Christ's love to others through our S.H.A.P.E (which was created by Rick Warren)  that He has given each and every one of us. And S.H.A.P.E. stands for:
Spiritual gifts
Heart
Abilities
Personality
Experiences
I encourage you to buy the book S.H.A.P.E. by Erik Rees so then you can discover your own personal makeup of who you are how God has created you a certain way with the different things you have packaged within yourself. Serving Christ and others is one of the greatest and funnest things to do. "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of of God's varied grace." 1 Peter 4:10 Use your gifts to serve Christ and others and you will experience deep satisfaction and fun then you could ever imagine! Amen.

Not your average meeting

Yesterday I attended my club meeting for my Christian club youth alive. And it was just like any other regular meeting where we discussed about daily school life and other random subjects, but we would always focus on the club discussion. Anyways as the club discussion was under way, I noticed two old women around their 70's sitting in these seats far away from our table. They were somehow looking at me, not in a funny or awkward way but they were just watching me. Then I noticed remainders of someone's past food consumption which was a plastic cup and an ice cream cone with a little bit of ice cream in it. I went over picked them up and threw them away in the trash. As I was returning to the table one of the women said to me "your very nice" and I replied back "thank you" in a generous manner not wanting anyone else to acknowledge my actions even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Later on as my friends were just talking about random subjects I felt an urge from God to go and talk to the two women. One of them was wearing a Cross while the other wasn't. So I went over and introduced myself to them and I asked them if they were believers. The woman pointed to her friend wearing the Cross and said "she's Catholic." So after I knew that, I started talking to both of them about my faith in Christ and how I came to know Him as my Savior. Then I explained how I do for things for Christ in a humble servant method just as He taught. Just as I was going to explain more one of them told me they both had to leave. So she thanked me for talking with them and I the same. I am absolutely 100% sure that God arranged that event to take place. It could have been a time to share Christ because one the women seemed like she wasn't a true believer. But in any case I was happy to talk with them. And for also throwing away those two items in the trash with a humble servants heart. Thank you Lord for many opportunities to share your love with people even though they may not appreciate it. Amen.
